• Response or resolution support for such notices will be considered a separate service, and applicable fees will be charged accordingly.

• We disclaim all responsibility for consequences arising due to inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the user.

  7.7 Refunds

  In cases where payments are made by users for services offered through the servfiling Platform (including return filing, registration, or consultancy services), it is expressly understood that such payments are made in exchange for professional services rendered or to be rendered. Once a service is initiated, processed, or completed based on the information provided by the user, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

At our sole discretion, disputes may be referred to arbitration, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Nagpur.
